Users<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"868\"><li data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"674\"><p data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"674\" class=\" translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"612\">Employee (Administrator \/ Owner \/ Rental Manager)<\/strong> \u2013 The person responsible for placing and retrieving keys.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"764\"><p data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"764\" class=\" translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"707\">Client (Guest \/ Tenant)<\/strong> \u2013 The person authorized to pick up and return the key.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"868\"><p data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"868\" class=\" translation-block\"><strong data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"801\">Beneficiary (Citizen \/ Employee \/ Business Partner)<\/strong> \u2013 The person authorized to pick up the item from the locker.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"873\" \/><h3 data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"904\"><strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"904\">3. Main Stream<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1434\"><strong data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1434\">Key Delivery<\/strong><\/p><ol data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"2084\"><li data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1523\"><p data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1523\">The employee receives a reservation order via phone, website or app.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1645\"><p data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1645\">Enter the customer's data manually at the locker interface or scan a QR code containing this information.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1739\"><p data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1739\">Select an available compartment and place the accommodation key in the locker.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1842\"><p data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1842\">Close the cabinet door, and the system automatically generates a QR code and a unique PIN for the customer.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1976\"><p data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1976\">The system automatically sends a notification (SMS\/email) to the customer, containing the QR code, PIN and pickup instructions.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2084\"><p data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2084\">The management server records the transaction details and the association of the key with that client.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2089\" \/><p data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2113\"><strong data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2113\">Lifting the Key<\/strong><\/p><ol data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2426\"><li data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2208\"><p data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2208\">The customer arrives at the locker and authenticates using the QR code or PIN received.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2295\"><p data-start=\"2212\" data-end=\"2295\">The system validates the code and unlocks the compartment containing the key.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2296\" data-end=\"2346\"><p data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2346\">The customer picks up the key and closes the locker.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2426\"><p data-start=\"2350\" data-end=\"2426\">The system marks the key as lifted and notifies the management server.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2431\" \/><p data-start=\"2433\" data-end=\"2465\"><strong data-start=\"2436\" data-end=\"2465\">Handing over the Key upon Departure<\/strong><\/p><ol data-start=\"2467\" data-end=\"2693\"><li data-start=\"2467\" data-end=\"2518\"><p data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2518\">The client returns to the closet at the end of the stay.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2564\"><p data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2564\">Scan the RFID tag attached to the keys.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2565\" data-end=\"2594\"><p data-start=\"2568\" data-end=\"2594\">Place the key in the cabinet.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2595\" data-end=\"2693\"><p data-start=\"2598\" data-end=\"2693\">Close the locker, and the system records the key as returned and notifies the administrator.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><hr data-start=\"2695\" data-end=\"2698\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"2724\"><strong data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2724\">5.
