Livrare
Majoritatea produselor fiind realizate la comanda, termenul estimativ de livrare este de maxim 90 zile calendaristice, din momentul acceptarii ofertei si al platii facturii de avans. Livrarea se face la adresa specificata de client, prin firme de curierat (in cazul produselor de dimensiune redusa), ori prin transport specializat, in cazul unor produse voluminoase sau al unui numar insemnat de articole.

The price of the products
The price of the products, as displayed in the product presentation page, is indicative and may vary depending on the specifications desired by the customer. The final price will be communicated through a personalized offer.
The transport is free of charge throughout Romania.
Upon request, installation and configuration services can be provided, which will be invoiced separately, depending on the customer's requirements.
The availability and price of products may be subject to typographical errors, which will be corrected as soon as possible.
The price you have to pay is the one from the moment of purchase.
Payment methods
Payment can be made by bank transfer, after issuing the purchase invoice, in the account specified on the invoice.
Order confirmation
After the acceptance of the offer by the customer, the order is confirmed after the payment of the 50% advance, following that the remaining 50% will be paid right before delivery.
Invoice
When shipping the order, you will receive an email with the difference invoice attached. This email will also contain the warranty and any instructions for handling the ordered product(s).
Transport
The transport is carried out by own means throughout Romania. Its cost is included in the price of the product. You will be contacted at least 24h before delivery, to confirm the possibility of receiving the goods.
If at the delivery you are not present or you postpone the delivery for various reasons, the second delivery is for a fee. Also, if you request the postponement of the delivery by over 7 days, the storage is for a fee.
It is possible that an order will suffer delays during busy periods and during winter, due to weather conditions.
Complaints
The legal warranty regarding the conformity of the products is granted by the Company in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them, as well as of the Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, and the warranty conditions are stipulated in the warranty certificate that accompanies the delivered product. The warranty period is calculated from the moment the products were delivered to you and is granted only on the basis of the fiscal invoice.

Liability
Under no circumstances is the Company liable for loss of profit, loss of operations or other indirect losses.
Return policy
All our lockers are made as custom order, according to customer's specifications, thus they cannot be returned, except for unconformity, according to the warranty.
We will not accept the return of damaged products with dents and mechanical shocks. The buyer is responsible for observing the instructions for use, handling, storage and transport.
Should one wish to return a product, it is necessary to notify us of this by email, before shipping the product, in order to establish the reasons for the return and their validity.
