They provide secure access via RFID/password authentication and offer a management server for monitoring and reporting. The system can be used in factories, warehouses, logistics centers, companies and other work environments where efficient equipment management is required.
2. Users

Employee (Key / Document / Scanner / Tool Lender) – The person authorized to pick up and return the necessary equipment.

Beneficiary (Citizen / Employee / Business Partner) – The person authorized to pick up the item from the locker.
3. Prerequisites

Employees have RFID cards for authentication.

Smart cabinets are installed in designated locations of the company, factory, warehouse or logistics center.

The management server is active and configured for access logging.
4. Main Stream
Borrowing a Key, Document, Scanner or Tool

The employee reaches the smart locker.

Authenticate by scanning the RFID card.

The system verifies the authentication data and displays the available options.

The employee selects the desired equipment (key, document, scanner, tool, etc.).

The smart cabinet unlocks the corresponding compartment.

The employee takes the equipment and closes the cabinet door.

The system records the event in the management server.

(Optional) The server can generate access reports for auditing.
Return of Key, Document, Scanner or Tool

The employee completes the use of the equipment.

Authenticate again by scanning the RFID card.

The employee selects the object to be returned, and the system opens the compartment assigned to that object.

The employee places the equipment in the compartment and closes the cabinet.

The smart cabinet automatically locks and records the return in the management server.

The system updates the access logs.
5. Alternating Flow

If authentication fails, the system displays an error message and allows retry.
